Pros & Cons
Pros
These are a game changer for crams. Once you figure how to pinch the packet, are terrific.
The hospital uses them and the nurses rave about them. They don't require much kneading. I am still in pain as i heal but these definitely keep me from losing my mind.
Cons
Buyer beware. Do not buy. Never again. It's complete junk.
Hot packs never get beyond lukewarm. Hot packs are expired. All the rest were hardened into crispy shards inside the pouches.
