Pros

The metal is at least 10-12 gauge steel very strong! It's not bulky, and it looks durable. My projector is heavy and this han no issues.

It's pretty finicky to get set perfect but for the price it's worth the hassle. The mount consists of two halves. There are a lot of parts to assemble but the effort is quite worth it.

Cons

The unit hangs upside down because the screw holes are on the bottom. The brackets are not long enough. A number of the screws or maybe the threaded holes stripped out very easily.

I gave 4 stars because it doesn't come with m3 screws which you need for optoma projectors.

I bought this for my epson 5040ub and that is not a small projector at all.

I got this to wok with a three hole optoma hd27hdr projector.
