Would seem foolish to pay 600 for a tv and 30 for a flimsy stand that might fall over and break the 600 tv

I have a cat at home so as a cat proofing measure i clamped mine to my entertainment center i have sound bar in front so i dont even see the clamp

This saved me money because instead of buying a new tv stand for 200 i assembled this unit placed it on top of the stand i already had which was not wide enough to accommodate the distance between those cheap plastic legs that come with the newer smart tv models
