Pros

The rotating brush does an impeccable job of clearing hair. I have hairy animals in the house and have yet to see hair stuck from my wife or my 2 dogs. I also have 3 dogs too and one is long haired. Hair doesn't get trapped in the brussels.

The weight isnt bad but if you're used to a stick vac, you'll notice the difference. It has great suction. The width of the beater bar is smaller than past versions and it concentrates the suction even more.

Stair attachment works amazing. Hose for the wand could be longer.

Hose and attachments are cumbersome and awkward to use. The wand attachments barely work, if ever. The vac is so unstable that the vac topples over at the slightest pull.

It does have great suction, which in addition to the ease of assembly, are the only two good things i have to say about it. I never write reviews but geez what is the use of good suction if it * your back!

Complained about the issue repeatedly but the vacuum was always returned unfixed. Tried their website chat, was always unavailable.

The electrical cord is also wayyyy longer than old model's cord.

This one amazon had for a far better price than walmart, sam’s club, lowe’s, home depot and our base exchange.
