Pros
No smudging or fading. No smudge, stays on all day without having to touch up.
This pencil works perfectly for me. Very affordable too. Love how pigmented it is.
Cons
Elf coffee color retractable eyeliner is super dry. The liner part breaks every time i use it. This is not soft like a crayon or gel liner.
Attempted to run it across my finger to soften, and would apply smoothly there, but not on my eyelid. Has black eyes within 3 hours of application.

The eyeliner itself is fine but the box was ripped and they had just covered it with tape ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
The woman in the video went "swipe, swipe" with the pencil, and her eyes looked great.

I bought this on a whim to try it out and test out the elf brand.
It does seem to stay in place without smudging way better than my former brand.

Before every use you have to scratch or break the tip off to allow the color to get on your eyelid
