The rs232 interface is barebones they modified the n79e84x sample code and the device advertises itself with the same markings

The commands in the instruction manual are accurate however it is critical you dont deviate from them and that no line terminators are used

It is expecting the port1r command must be sent as 706f 7274 3152

If you send 706f 7274 3152 0a it will switch ports but will not accept any other commands until power cycled
