The only annoying thing is that on my color imageclass mf743cdw i cant see the ink levels and i get a message on the bottom of the home screen saying something about counterfeit ink

It was given me an error message that said the drum was not clean

I tried using the attached slide drum cleaner several times but that didnt solve the problem

Looking closely at the drum i saw that some of the coating on the drum was worn off
