I have a mfc-j6520dw, two of the cartridges cannot be detected. My printer won't function. I won't re order and try someone else.

I notice on the package the ink comes in which i shared a picture says cartridge filled to maximum capacity ink level indicator window may prompt cartridge as empty or low

I have printed lots of documents and some colour pictures and see no difference compared to the oem brother ink
