Tried everything to remedy the problem- deep cleaned, etc. Now the printer has a fatal error message. Ran out of inks after 10 to 15 pages. The black ink now only prints with lines through it.

Ink cartridges worked great, no problems at all.
We have just started using it, but so far this ink is very pigmented.
Then the black cartridge quit and for a short period i could only print in color.
Replaced it with a different model which printed for a few months.

I would buy this product often because it is worth every penny.
At this point this more expensive printer quit.

Message received said to shut down the printer disconnect it and take it to be servicedrepaired

We even cleaned the printer according to manufacturer’s screen instructions before it shut down for good
