Our copier is in the church office and is used primarily to copy about 25 church bulletins every week. More economical and requires replacing less often.

The tn336 lasts for few months months depending on usage.
This is the first problem that i have had with them, this being the 3rd set of replacement cartridges.

Not much difference in the price of the units considering how often the cartridge must be replaced.
More economical and requires replacing less often.

I contacted the supplier, received a reply the same day which explained the problem and offered to send a replacement - wow!
