Easy to set up has nice battery life
It lasted almost 5 days without needing to charge, which is one benefit that outshined my apple watch.
I own an amazfit t-rex 2 that is fantastic and fully waterproof, this watch is not.
Price
The only thing i felt, was they seem a little low resolution at first, but you get used to it (especially at this price).
At this price point you can't expect everything, but in terms of a fitness and health monitor, it has all you really need.
My high cost meters, off by 2.

At this point, i'd say you could skip the name brands completely and get this instead.
Before i had this i was pairing with a more expensive heart rate monitor (polar) with strava on my samsung s22 ultra.
