They are still susceptible to falling off but i believe that to be a fault of the earbuds themselves and not the tips

If u have a small ruler a set of calibers or anything that you know exactly what size it is it will go a long way in sizing the proper earbuds to get the best sound possible

I bought these tips to replace the generic ones that came with my earbuds for they were very weak and didnt handle outside sounds very well

These provide a comfortable fit and cancel out enough noise to safely be used as hearing protection in the work environment which enhances sound quality of even the cheapest headphones available by trapping it in your ear canal
