The wife did mention that she could hear them pretty loudly when i had the volume up so they are not very insulated i guess

They come with 3 different sized earbud i had to use the smallest one to get them to stay in reliably

The volume controls work on both my windows and android phone which is a surprise as most dont work with windows phones

They come with multiple ear buds for different sized ears but the standard ones that were already attached were perfect for me
