Pros

It makes my laundry soft, with it's built-in softener. Best of all is there is no need for dryer sheets as it eliminates static in the dryer also. No pretenses, bells, or whistles.

Laundry detergent in any scent that tickles your fancy. No harmful fragrance or chemicals. Doesn't irritate allergy sufferers.

It's difficult to find the unscented ecos in stores. This product has a lavender scent, but it is not very heavy. It isn't overpowering, too feminine, or strong.

The pump on this is very nice and makes it easy to dispense. They recommend using one squirt.

This 2-pack lasts me over a year. Its super convenient and easy to carry this bottle around instead of the big * of laundry detergent i'm used to. I also love that the bottles are recyclable so the entire product is eco-friendly.

Cons

Is someone in the warehouse hoarding ecos pumps? Soap removes grease and oil, my towels are proof it doesn't work.

Another added value, all of our clothes, even whites, are very clean!

The added value is that it is so concentrate that with only five pumps your clothes are clean.

Two bottles at this price point is a steal.

Shipping

Shipping was super fast and well packaged.

Only issue is that one of the detergent arrived leaking, maybe because of shipping damage.

I get it thru subscribe-&-save and have to keep pushing back my shipments because it's lasting me so long.

Packaging/appearance

This is concentrated, has a pleasant fragrance, cleans like crazy, and the pump is a great added feature in the bottle/packaging.

I don't know if i threw them away with the packaging, or if we didn't get any.

I thought from the photo shown on amazon that it would bring two pumps, but it only had one.

One bottle had the detergent dried on the outside the bottle and inside the box.

Competitiveness

Pricing is comparable to well-known brands and i can wash 100 loads with each bottle.

Compared to the regular concentrate it looses it's smell in the final washes clothes.
