Pros

Works awesome. The customer service is excellent. Plus it's reasonably priced.

The pack has a waist strap to wrap around your. Hips. When it's tightened, it grips and rides your hips and lifts the pack to support the weight. It's akin to resting or leaning a part of the pack on the edge of a shelf to unburden your shoulders.

The shoulder straps have load lifters. A hipbelt is positioned over your left and right iliac crest (top ridge of pelvic bone) there is a sternum strap that's height adjustable.

Cons

Don't want to deal with the hassle of returning it. Waist strap is mostly useless.
