I have been grooming my dog mini australian shepherd for the last few years and thought the shampoos i used were doing a good job i wasn’t getting the same results as when i used to take him to a professional groomer but figured i wasn’t cutting enough hair off

I put him in the bath let him soak in some water then took the hand held sprayer to really saturate his double coat with water

I applied the double coat shampoo directly to his skin and on top of his coat

I decided to wet him a little more after applying the shampoo to get a better lather and then went with a wide tooth comb to work the product from roots to ends even more hair was coming out
