Pros
It's bigger than the picture makes it look, but i actually like it because it can cover all of my forehead and my eyes as well so it's very soothing. It's big, so might overwhelm smaller faces.
It's really great when it has been chilling in the fridge or freezer. It's comfortable and cooling. The gel is super cooling.

I also find that if my eyes are really bothering me, it is nice to warm the beads and sit for 20 min or so with the warmth on my eyes.
It's a great product, and i would definitely recommend it to others!
All of them had issues with the strap not being adjustable enough or just not fitting right.
Price
The price is way more expensive then purchasing from kohls!

Im on my third one but only because i keep one in the freezer while i use the other and my cat poked a hole in my first one obviously not the companys fault

The beads and back of eyemask is very soft so no strong tension
