Pros

The velcro closure strap allows me to adjust the strap if my ankle swells during the day. A lot of support for the arch.

It is an understatement to say that my feet were smiling. My only complaint is the width is slightly narrow for my foot, but maybe i should have ordered them in wide. These shoes are the most comfortable i've ever worn.

The insole is not removeable but there's no need for orthotics. The shoe is very comfortable, but still looks dressy. The heel is the perfect height for someone who can't wear heels.
