So i mixed peroxide with warm water as described in instruction and gave about 12 squirts and i saw a huge ball of wax getting out of his ear

Ps there is a tricky valve at the place where external hose connects to the pump

Just make sure you released the valve same as on spray bottles otherwise it will not work and no water will be sprayed
