I also like that it comes with the case and a ice pack to keep it cold throughout the day.
With that said, it is still a good quality lunch box.
Have been really impressed with the leak proof feature of these.
It still keeps everything separate and leak free, just a bit of hassle with the lid now.
Packaging/appearance
Only deducted 1 star do to it being kind of finicky to get in & out of the actual lunch box & difficult to open & close.
Competitiveness
The compartments are much bigger than the bentgo ones which we enjoy.
They are great and i personally love them more than the super expensive bento containers out there.

The bento box still works yet with the lid issue it makes it harder to close the clasps now

My one issue is that the lid is hard to get to close all the way down but its not enough an issue for me to return

Only 1 time in the dishwasher and now it doesnt close property ofcourse now is not leak proof everything came out and make a mess in the lunch back

It warped the lids terribly to the point i could barely close them back on the box

I went back to the item description and it said that you can use in dishwasher except for the lid

The compartments do leak and we have 2 of these so i am fairly confident that the leaking isn’t a fluke so we do not do anything liquid

The zippper sticks and the seal on the box is very tight
