Pros
I'm super picky about kraft mac & cheese, and this cheese is delicious. Great quick snack for the kids or good trail food.
Since milk in pcs causes scalding, using this mix is the perfect solution. This is creamy and flavorful. Not dripping, but a good coating with a thin sauce-like consistency.
This is an instant low carb mac n cheese recipe. It works well on pasta but also broccoli or as a dip for chips. You can use any pasta you want.
Cons
Gluten free product is bland. Not as good as kraft or annie's. Not very tasty.
