The front of the case is completely flushed with the screen so if you were to put your screen on a surface facing down you should know that there is no lip around the edge of the case that provides a gap between the screen and the surface when it is facing down so your screen is touching the surface directly

I would stick with a huskier silicone than this you just never think that phone will drop
