Only downside i would say is and why only 4 stars is after about 510 mins it does get a bit noisy making a humming noise

Finally its design for use on a surface is certainly fit for purpose although it might be worth remembering that o1 this is not a clipon fan and o2 its usb cable is an integral part of the fan assembly that cannot should not be detached
