Pros
Oscillating and quiet. Lowest speed is quiet but as you move up the speeds it does get louder.
The fan is rechargeable and has clear indication from red to green when fully charged. The battery gives you freedom from having it constanly plugged into a usb. It seems to run faster on usb.
The fan also tilts up or down. I bought the version with battery, it is soooo great to move around. I love that it rotates left-right too.
Strong motor keeps me plenty cool. Gives good air, is less noisy and keeps running for hours without needing to be recharged. I like air circulating over my face in hotel rooms.
Cons
Third speed doesn't work when plugged in. It often turns off when the charger is plugged in or unplugged. The charger isn't micro usb, or another common standard such as usb-c.

Having said that for less than half the current price i can live with the misrepresentation.
If plugged in it won't work with the batteries in, in other words it will not charge the batteries.
Price
Given the rises in energy costs i bought this for its low power consumption and low noise level.
Competitiveness
Once you’ve charged the fan it’s very easy to move and very light.
I have it plugged into a 5v 1amp usb plug.

I think this information should also be added to the product description as i was considering returning it because as i thought the fan was faulty which it wasnt
