I used the insta pot and 30 minutes later i got the best caramel bread pudding i have ever made in my life.

Sadly, the gasket isn’t strong enough and water got in.

And it didn’t over flow and it didn’t burn.

It isn't built to where i would call it "bulletproof" but it is very sufficient for the price.
