I wish it also weighed in mls (grams are the same im just nitpicky). Tripods always specify their load capacity. Also, has a sizable weight limit - enough for mailing packages, etc.

Cons

It looks flimsy and likely to break. The metal cover on the platform seems to not be attached securely. It seems as though it may have been glued down but the glue separated.

Weights take time to register - the weight is not instantaneous. When weighing something that is 3-5 grams this is an unacceptable degree of error.

Large ease of use, easy to cleanup

It is simple, easy to use, sturdy, and accurate.

Last night though, over 8 years later, it took it’s worst fall and didn’t survive it.

Just today this scale, which i first bought back in 2014, finally started to malfunction.

Price

I paid significantly more money for a home digital scale and was disappointed when it just failed.

The product is what you pay for.

Not a big deal, but a bit annoying to stand around and wait.

Packaging/appearance

Also, has a sizable weight limit - enough for mailing packages, etc.

Competitiveness

I did compare it once to an industrial kitchen, electric model costing hundreds.

I comparison shopped a whole bunch of these things & i’m really happy with this purchase so far.

I have had a number of scales, some far more expensive than this one, but this is far and above them all.
