When all batteries are fully charged the light turns off

Did have a dead battery upon arrival and the charger will not charge a dead one

Fix stand the dead battery and a good one on a piece of metal and lay another piece of metal on top of them connecting them in parallel

The batteries do not hold a charge very well when sitting plan ahead if you put them in a camera when they are freshly charge they run for hours
