Pros
The left hand pair get much warmer than the right hand pair and take longer to charge. It has a battery conditioning feature (the user manually selects 'discharge' and then 'charge' the desired number of times.
Cons
Takes at least 6 hours to discharge batteries and the same to charge. Not impressive. After one year unable to recharge the batteries again, the charger shows fail every time.

Bought primarily for d cell batteriesvery happy with the product and willing to recommend it
Batteries lasting longer because they can be fully discharged and very fast at charging back up
They are d cells, so big, and i'm not disappointed about this.
Price
Thos product is a great money saver if you use batteries regularly, as they cost so much to buy.

My experience of using this charger tallies with other reviewers in that the left hand pair get much warmer than the right hand pair and take longer to charge

So i take out the right hand pair when they show full and move the left hand ones over

They are still charging but fill up quicker on the right
