I'd highly recommend the biom cool pro gore-tex shoes.

I now have two pairs of ecco's and both are 41's while all of my running shoes are 42's.

The shoes are little pricey, maybe more expensive than comparable competition, but there are some deals out there if you shop around.

But they stretched out after a round.
