My feet have a low arch, so i can’t wear birkenstocks, but these are great!
Best part is that they are very supportive, which was important to me with my 67 year old body.
5 are just barely long enough for my toes not to scrape the toe ridges, so you probably need to order up a half or whole shoe size.

They worked great when wearing shorts but also worked well when i wore slacks and was semi dressed up
