Eventually the bottom piece came apart from the foam rubber which was disintegrating

Back to the sandals… they are incredible theyre made of nice hard flexible material you could run in these things on cement literally going jogging all of the straps are adjustable with highquality velcro… they are washable you can you strong detergent and bleach and all types of cleaners to clean them off with if things got to message

As a matter of fact when i finally found a washing station i was able to go the rest of the day with them and didn’t even notice the blister the rest of the day
