Support and cushioning is excellent. When you strap these shoes, they feel very snug! Unlike many sandals, these can be adjusted with velcro straps in 3 places heel and 2 places on top of foot.

These sandals have lasted half a year. I suspect the labeling was wrong. Deeply disappointed in them and sadly returned them.
This pair only looks like it will be adjustable, it is not.

She loved them, true to size, very comfortable.
The lower priced ones are copies -- very much lower quality in both materials and construction.
Packaging/appearance
Right from out of the box you can wear them and they are comfortable.
Competitiveness
They offer more support (particularly for my high arches) than teva's i have had in the past.
So comfortable even when walking a distance.
You can just use a bandaid to prevent the rubbing, and you just have to wear them in.

Although i liked the sandal and thought it was well made i had to return it because of the width it doesnt come in wide and although you can adjust the straps the sandal was still to tight
