God forbid you have any device not built by amazon, it randomly forgets your devices and even entire classes of devices. More often than not it crashes after a few minutes. Deleting app then reinstalling. Factory resetting and then attempting again.

Amazon wants us to upgrade our subscription to $8. Don't do it. It has been turned into a glorified paper weight.

I feel duped that the product hasn’t really gotten better over the years. It's absurd that amazon expects better customer service from its third-party vendors than it is willing to give for its own products on its own platform.
