Pros

This is a lot more than just a hands free device for taking phone calls. It's like having the alexa you keep on your nightstand, right there next to you by the wheel. Alexa can hear you clearly, even in noisy environments.

It is small and compact. And just like before it works so perfectly. But with a bonus. Very pleased with the results.

Cons

Not worth the stress of owning it. Defeating arguably one of the most critical selling points. Finally gave up on it. Messed with it and got it back.

The speaker volume is way too low and not adjustable, ac blasting or windows open can't hear a thing. The voice recognition is super laggy over bluetooth to the point of being unusable. You can't hard wire it into an acc line on the car. There is abso... Read More

What is supremely frustrating is that this new version is likely much better. This version looks way nicer but terrible in picking up the correct words. Very frustrating and disappointing.
