Amazon has great deals on their product’s periodically. These are very convenient to have. Her suggestions are great.

Cons

The voice mutes. The volume is erratic. I have to yell for it to hear me.

Amazon's alexa can't play npr news. Alexa users have to cancel their subscription to play npr music. Amazon's customer service agent can't figure out how to work with alexa.

They are fired. This gets old fast. Even though they are under warranty and this is a known issue!
