While the concept seems like a good one overall, there needs to be a major overhaul on this device before it can compare to its closest competitor. The only reason this device isn't dead is because the competition is worse.

This product is a total disappointment. When i search for a particular recipe that seems to be fairly straightforward it often shows me recipes that are not even close to what i requested. So, so, so disappointing.

Alexa app is so bloated that it's difficult to find what you really need. Doesn't have an app store. I'm done with alexa.

You can't add widgets (they only live on a slide-out panel, and that closes after 10s). It's almost impossible to watch youtube. It also refuses to show a camera full screen by verbal command.
