Speakers deliver premium, directional sound. Audio quality is great, especially when listening to audible. Love the motion and the facial recognition, as well as voice recognition.

Alexa app is so bloated that it's difficult to find what you really need. Doesn't have an app store. Save yourself the money and get any other version of alexa.

This isn't even the nitpicky stuff, like when my headphones power off at 2 am alexa insists that we all wake up and hear about it, and there's no way to disable it. This is a thing that starts to annoy from the first hours of use.
