Pros
It's nice because it shows the lyrics to the songs. As with all amazon echo devices the lead is a bit short though. Night vision isn't brilliant but for our needs it's good enough.
Works really good. Works a treat and good quality definition. Does the job perfectly. Convenient and works well.
Cons
Echo very unresponsive to the camera. Unable to use echo to ‘talk’to the camera’. Very disappointing. Otherwise i have a multi blink camera and echo show setup that is useless to me. I can’t even blink!

The camera delivers great quality but it misses so much activity due either to lack of sensitivity or a massive lag before it records.

There is a 10 to 15 second delay before your phone or echo get notified
