Pros

The audio is surprising, clear and crisp with plenty of volume. The audio definitely stands out and it has deep bass. Having a screen to control the music, instead of a phone, is a game changer.

Traded in my 1st gen echo show 5 for this new 3rd gen model. The sound quality is greatly improved over the 2nd gen.

Cons

New version of the show 5 comes with a ridiculous proprietary * cord. Alexa responsiveness is terrible. Tech is great when it works but a pain when it does not do what it’s suppose to do.

My first problems customizing the device. Loses connection, can’t play spotify. Interface is laggy and unresponsive.

This is embarrassing. Greatly disappointed. Just a complete idiot of a system.

This thing is atrocious. It is basically unusable. Its just a vessel for amazon spam and commercial bloatware.
