Cons

Will not be your product. Don't get this as a bedside clock. Waste of money makes an ok clock and show temp.

The echo show, or zoom is not convenient enough. It only sometimes responds to the alexa wake command. The video calling function is only available if the other party has the alexa app, and echo show. I'm done with alexa. Use google ai instead.

This is the laziest and most incomplete piece of equipment i have ever seen amazon sell. Left in the box for a while before using and realizing how terrible it is. Definitely will be reselling mine on marketplace.

The interface is incredibly slow and glitchy. It's not intuitive to learn even for someone who's in their 20s.
