Cons

It seldomly displays the camera feed full screen without me having to manually enlarge it. Takes forever to connect and you have to re pair them after recharging.

The mic has not good sensitivity. Even the response to touch on the screen is slow and sometimes unresponsive. Was contacted by amazon and told how to fix it.

It seems like a weird inconsistency. Now her echo just comes on spouting sports scores and scares her to death. They are worthless except for being paperweights or terrible clocks.

So it really is amazing the gen got here in less than a day but the emotional nightmare; not sure it’s worth it.
