The waves of myrtle beach are perfect. Sound quality is phenomenal! I’m so impressed by the sound quality and the richness that it ads to watching films at home.
Echo sub has so much bass, it rattles the carpeted floor. Made me want to try the second studio setup but will think on that.

The studios have better midrange clarity. The sub takes some of the strain off the studios. Dots in the kitchen and echo studio in the basement.
Cons
Everything keeps freezing, disconnecting. The only way to fix them is to unplug them and plug them back in. It ranges from a 15 min fiasco, to an hour.
The only way to play music out of this setup is by using the alexa app which i find more confusing than trying to use an android phone. Only music launched from the studio or via app. Never connects, always on the phone with amazon. There are clearly ... Read More

High quality subwoofer for alexa studio love it
Easy to add, and it is tucked away on the other side of the room behind a chair - with no degradation in sound or stereo imaging.
The proper sound of the sub did not occur until about 50 hours of break-in use and now sounds great.
Very hard to parr had to hire some one to parr subwoofer once set up what a wonderful sound.

This is not what you are looking for……you will have to spend several hundred dollars for that.
A little too pricey for the item.
For enjoyable listening, the $500 is money wellspent.
Packaging/appearance
I think it’s wonderful and again you got to see the packaging it comes in again.
In fact, the subwoofer was listed in my devices on the alexa app before i even opened the box !
If you want something to get to somebody safe and complete packaging correctly and they do , they do :-) :-)
Competitiveness
I added it to a pair of echo studios and it’s worth every penny.
Compared to a really high-end system, i would give it 7.
Compared to a higher-end separate component hi fi setup, i would rate this at 8.

Considering my space is smaller and a bigger stereo system would look pretty awkward both the echo sub and echo studio have a minimalistic design that fits really well

Although the audio is great and it works great for me i think that if you are looking to purchase a stereo system for a bigger space or house investing in an actual stereo system would work better for you long run since this is on the pricier side for what you get
