After one drop it got dented on the base and sprung a leak. I have to try putting in on several times to tighten correctly so it doesn't drip. The lids don't work easily & the straw lid is defective.

It was an easy fix for me to purchase a larger holder with two straps that go around the thermos and at the bottom of the holder is a base the thermos sits on so i tighten around the thermos to keep it in place when riding

When the thermos is filled with ice and water it is of course much heavier than an 8 or 16 oz
