Pros

Panel voltage at peak power is around 18v as advertised. It generates a solid 17 volt under direct sunlight and 12-17 volt with cloudy sky or 7 am before the sun even brighten.

Only problem is if you are a newbie to the solar panel scene, the directions leave many questions unanswered. Mechanically, the panel seems well made with a rugged aluminum frame and quality wiring.

Mechanically, the panel seems well made with a rugged aluminum frame and quality wiring.

Lithium battery is now flat and the poor, poor chickens got stuck inside their coupe.

It worked well for about 3 months, but now it just drains and kills the battery instead of charging it.

Price

It is really a great value for the money and seems to do everything i had expected it to do.

Depending on your needs and usage, this is an inexpensive kit for a small load where you don't need all the bells and whistles.

The inexpensive charge controller is smaller than a package of cigarettes and not at all waterproof, but it does work okay.

Overall, you get what you pay for and i am satisfied with the results.

I e-mailed several questions and within a day or so, a reply was sent that told me everything i needed to know.

Eco-worthy sent me a message right after i posted the first review to promptly replace the charging unit if need be.

That required installing it in a see thru plastic box that i water proofed.
