Pros
The panel generates a solid 17 volt under direct sunlight and 12-17 volt with cloudy sky or 7 am before the sun even brighten. Measurements were taken with a bayite multi-meter.
This is an inexpensive kit for a small load where you don't need all the bells and whistles.
Panel voltage at peak power is around 18v as advertised. Just remember that polarity matters when hooking up 12 volt systems.
Cons
No glowing green light on the charge controller and no output voltage. now it produces no overvoltage to charge the battery when the panel is in sunlight.

I have no idea what warmth means but this product keeps my ram 2500 charged through the winter
Mind you, my lower rating for this product has nothing to do with its quality but for the time necessary to install it.
Unit looks to be of quality construction.
Competitiveness
It is great way to power a amateur radio transceiver.
Tried controller with a different panel 6.
Would like to see additional predrilled mounting holes.
It works fine, although i should have bought a bigger panel.

Its possible that with just the right angle tweaks or perhaps closer to the equator this panel might provide 10w but most users should probably set their expectations lower

The panel is decent mine came with some overrun calking on the aluminum frame but it came off easily
