Cells have been outdoors in uk weather conditions for approx 1 year now and remain good quality - no fogging.
Very solid construction and good output, this will easily withstand all outside conditions, very impressed
Panel is so good i have purchased one more and now battery is full every day, that's not even in full sun.

Price
My only complaint would be i had to create my own mount, but this wasnt too difficult and at this price i think its well worth it.
For the price it is extremely good.
Was not expecting much for the price but charges my backup batteries no problem.

The aluminium frame is quite low profile though so i couldnt use any normal solar clamp hardware to mount it on the solar rails

I had to fabricate something from a couple of solar end clamps to make brackets and then screw and sikaflex them on to then clamp the brackets on the rail nuts

The cells have a decent margin around the edge to resist dirt collection and the plate is glass not plastic so should be durable
