Pros

Well packaged and appears to be high quality construction. Despite dents and scratches it seems to be working fine. The seller quickly gave me a price adjustment.

Batteries are a must have and are cheaper than buying a big solar generator. Connected all batteries in parallel for a 5000 watt pure sine wave giandel inverter. Love their solar panels also.

Cons

It appears to have started taking the other battery with it. Very expensive and not as good as advertised. Just dont buy anything from eco-worthy or dc house.

I emailed the company and the next day they asked me to send pictures of the damage.

The following day i received a response that they were sending a replacement battery.

One arrived late looking like it had been airdropped.

The pack met the rated discharge of 280ah per battery (1120ah total) and had 10% charge left.

I had a price concern and these guys matched a president days sale price from a competitor.

I bought the 260 ah battery two months ago to replace my 4 100 ah lead acid batteries.
