Where i have my fountain the stock cord that came with the pump was actually pretty long but not long enough for me to get my solar panel on my roof where it will get much more sunlight

At first it seemed to only work in direct bright sunlight a small shadow over the panel and it would stop immediately

I did purchase this knowing it was from a different company as my original one is neither sold thru amazon anymore or the company has gone under

With this being said i had to sand down the end of the connector to fit the female end on my existing pump cord and then do the same for the other end of the solar panel
