I ended up using a movable pulley block and tackle in reverse to pull the load twice as fast and provide some stand off distance for the noise

Apply the power red to black to extend and black to red to retract or vice versa

I used two relays with nc on 34ground34 and no on 12 and com going to the two quotes so i could turn the current and this motor in either direction
