No, ecoflow is charging premium prices for basically an average product with average to poor customer support.

So order was placed, dispatch from ecoflow seemed to happen quite quickly (according to tracking anyway).

After a few days it eventually arrived, i have to admit that with the attached price tag i would have expected it to arrive a bit quicker.

So the river 2 pro arrived and within 24 hours i noticed that there were some issues with it.

It's really easy to carry and the app is actually usable unlike some of the rivals.

I decided to purchase the river 2 pro due to having 2 solar panels that produce 200w and the river 2 can only handle 110w solar input.
